|Recommended: YesA Real Home Away From Home — It has always been one of my dreams to live here at Cottage Landing and now that my dream has come true I still feel like I am living it every day It has been everything I expected and more The overall community atmosphere and friendliness of staff makes it an actual home away from home. If I had to have one complaint it would be that there is hardly any visitors spots for how many residents live here but other than that I am very happy with my decision Thank you Cottage Landing for making my college experience so much better
|Recommended: YesAn amazing place to live for students — I love living here My favorite thing about the Cottages is that every resident has their own room and bathroom. Another great feature is the computer room in the clubhouse, which has free printing Being that we are all students living here, that's a really nice thing to have. I also love how close we are to campus. Overall, Cottage Landing is definitely top notch living for students
|Recommended: YesGreat spot, neighbors little noisy, staff nice, great environment — I do enjoy living here, the staff is nice, the environment is great, there is a parking spot always available. The only complaint is that the neighbors above are too noisy.

|Recommended: YesGreat price and great place for college students — Cottage landing is definitely the best place to live. the staff is great and very relatable, they do all they can to satisfy their residents. The grounds is always clean and living in a gated community makes it of so much better.

|Recommended: YesProperty is pretty, nice area to live in — It's nice to live here because the proximity of closeness to UL, the fitness center, office where you can print as much as you like, not to mention the staff's efforts to get involved and host events The only downside is people can be loud and you can hear them very easily. Also some rooms are way tinier than others and that's a downer.
|Recommended: YesClean, safe student housing close to campus with friendly staff — The houses are pretty new, nice, and surprisingly spacious. The staff and maintenance are great and any problems that arise get fixed fast. Parking can be difficult, but I've always managed to find a spot pretty close to my cottage. The location is very close to campus and feels safe, but it is next to a major street and a police station so if you get a room facing those and you're not used to the traffic noise it can be a little annoying other rooms are quieter and if you're used to street noise like me it's really not a big deal . No problems with lost packages clubhouse handles deliveries well , walking gate access is nice and secure, and free printing for residents is a sweet perk It's also right next to a gas station and great kolache place and Pinhook and University lead to major parts of town so it's really convenient. Overall, it's a great place for students I would recommend it
|Recommended: YesLove living here. with such nice grounds i think a better job of surveillance should be done — i love living at the cottages more then anything - however, better surveillance would so beneficial - the property has so much to offer and is easily a target. certain cottages are totally in cameras view and others are left in dead spots that can be picked up on by anyone outside the gates.
also amenities should be equal to both sides of the complex - card activated gates, working cameras, bike racks,
|Recommended: YesSafe, Friendly Helpful Staff, Very Nice Living, Convenient, Fun, Homie — I would tell them that Cottage Landing is a fantastic place to live It is very close to school and its in a reasonable walking distance. You do not feel alone when walking to class because there is so many others walking as well. It is a VERY safe place to live. Living here you don't have to worry about your apartment or vehicle getting broken into. It is all students that live here so you have people your age and more like you living with and around you. The apartments are very nice and they have a very Homie feel to them. Also if it is in the middle of the night and you need something fixed, they have a maintenance man that is always on call and will come out at anytime to help you in an emergency. They have a beautiful swimming pool and clubhouse. The club house has a fitness room, pool table, and a computer lab that is open 24 hours a day for residents. The computer lab is VERY nice Residents also get free printing
