|Recommended: YesOkay for moving in — Although we are being picky, we don't want to be charged for any little thing that is wrong with the apartment. Only a couple of major issues most of the comments are minor. I appreciate the great service and the staff's helpful knowledge of the grounds. I have and definitely would recommend another to move into Cottage Landing.

|Recommended: YesVery clean, lots of space — I love living here however, the parking is ridiculous. There is only 6 guests spots, which are always filled. My guests parents have to park at the gas station, and then walk a far walk to my apartment.
|Recommended: YesGood apartments but needs more visitors parking — There's alot of regular parking for the residents but not enough for visitors. I had three friends get towed because of the lack of parking spaces. I don't know the reason the visitors parking got reduced but it was for the worst.
