I also know my roommates, so I don’t know what it’s like living with random roommates, but my entire experience here has been exceptional thus far. The staff is readily helpful, and they genuinely care about helping you with any problem.
|Recommended: YesLiving Like Larry — Cottage landing is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, for the most part. The staff are nice and respond quickly. Maintenance orders are filled in a reasonable amount of time. Parking is never really an issue, except for guest parking at some times. While I do get the impression that the cottage I live in is one of the first built, and therefore a little older, they are still very appealing from the outside. There are some dents and scratches etc. and the toilet is a bit small for a man. I can also hear the floor creak when my friends walk around. Other than that, everything is pretty solid.
|Recommended: YesCottages — My son Mike lived here with a few of his friends from campus, with one random roommate. They really liked it and enjoyed having their own house. His cat stayed with him too.

|Recommended: YesCottage in Lafayette — My son lived her for two years with some of his buddies. They loved it and liked being so close to campus and to downtown. He also worked for the office for a few months and loved it.
|Recommended: YesCottage Landing — My daughter lives here with her 3 friends and they all love it. They are so happy to be living together in their own little house. It is close to campus and has an amazing clubhouse. WE LOVE IT
