|Recommended: YesCottage 24 review- LZ — I have lived at the Cottages for 2 years now and cannot say enough good things about the complex this little community we have here is so friendly and the staff here welcomes you in with open arms. I have never had a problem here that didn't get fixed the same day. I mostly cherish how the staff here has personalized relationships with each resident and doesn't make you feel like your needs are not important. I cannot thank Cottage Landing enough for being my Home away from Home

|Recommended: YesGood for students — Liked living here with my friends. Enjoyed the free food and parties. Pet friendly so I got to have my dog live with me. The office staff was always so nice when we went to the office.

|Recommended: YesCottage — Good place to live, the apartments are very nice and feel like home. I did have an issue with one of my roommates but we figured it out. The office was so great and helpful whenever we needed something. Just would say choose your roommates carefully.
